What CloudyCams keeps and why.

• Account: email, password hash, handle, display name, date of birth, login times and IP addresses of sessions.
• Payments: token requests (amount, tokens, status, your note) and payout requests (amount, where you asked to be paid). Payment itself happens outside the site; we never hold card numbers.
• Identity verification: the ID photo and selfie a creator uploads are encrypted at rest, visible only to the reviewer, and deleted as soon as the review is decided. Only the outcome is kept.
• Streams: not recorded. Broadcasters' browsers send a still frame every few seconds for automated content checks; a clean public frame is shown as the room thumbnail, a flagged frame is kept for human review, everything else is discarded.
• Chat: recent public chat is kept so a reload shows context, then pruned.
• Reports and moderation: kept as long as the account exists.

We do not sell personal data. Contact the site owner to request a copy or deletion of your data.
