Rules and terms
CloudyCams is a live-streaming site for adults where every stream stays PG. These are the rules everyone agrees to when they create an account.
1. Everyone is 18 or older
Viewers confirm their date of birth at signup. Anyone who broadcasts also verifies a government ID with a selfie through our verification partner before going live the first time. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately.
2. No nudity or sexual content, anywhere
This applies to public streams, private shows, chat, tip messages, profile text and cameras shared by viewers. No nudity, no underwear-as-the-show, no sexual acts, no sexual requests, no "tip for" anything sexual. Streams are automatically sampled and checked, including private shows. A stream that breaks this rule is ended on the spot and the account is suspended pending review.
3. Private shows are still shows
A private show is one-on-one time with a creator billed per minute in tokens. It is subject to every rule above. Frames from private shows are sampled for moderation the same way public streams are; they are not recorded and only a flagged frame is kept, for review.
4. Tokens
Tokens are bought with real money and can only be spent on this site: tips and private minutes. Tokens are not money, are not transferable between viewers and are not refundable once spent. Chargebacks on token purchases remove the tokens from the account and may close it.
5. Creator payouts
Creators receive the full token amount of every tip and private minute. Tokens are paid out to a connected bank account at the published rate once the minimum is reached. Creators are responsible for their own taxes.
6. Conduct
No harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, spam, scams or asking people to move off-site to break these rules. Creators may block anyone from their room. Anyone can report a stream or a user.
7. Enforcement
We can end a stream, suspend broadcasting, or close an account at any time for breaking these rules. Unspent bought tokens on a closed account are refunded to the original payment method where the law requires it.
